Efektivitas Teknik Pernapasan Lamaze dalam Menurunkan Kecemasan dan Depresi pada Ibu Bersalin Primigravida

Persalinan adalah suatu proses yang melibatkan perubahan hormonal, tekanan emosional, serta tantangan fisik yang luar biasa. Salah satu faktor yang menjadi sorotan adalah tekanan emosional yang bisa menimbulkan kecemasan dan depresi, terutama pada ibu primigravida. Oleh sebab itu, perlu dilakukan upaya untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, salah satunya menggunakan teknik pernapasan Lamaze. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas teknik pernapasan Lamaze dalam mengurangi nyeri persalinan yang berdampak pada kecemasan dan depresi ibu. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kuasi-eksperimental dengan pendekatan pre-test dan post-test. Sampel penelitian terdiri atas 40 ibu primigravida yang dikelompokkan secara acak ke dalam kelompok intervensi (n=20) yang menerima pelatihan teknik pernapasan Lamaze dan kelompok control (n-20) yang menerima perawatan standar kebidanan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat penurunan signifikan pada skor kecemasan dan depresi pada kelompok intervensi setelah diberikan pelatihan teknik pernapasan lamaze (p<0.001) dan tidak ada perubahan signifikan pada skor kecemasan (p = 0.672) dan depresi (p=0.785) pada kelompok control. Dapat disimpulkan teknik pernapasan Lamaze efektif dalam menurunkan tingkat kecemasan dan depresi pada ibu bersalin primigravida.
