The military students undergoing education at Rindam IX/Udayana are still in the adolescent age category. One of the psychosocial changes occurring during adolescence is marked by emotional fluctuations, where emotional conditions in adolescence can influence the formation of both positive and negative behaviors. This community service activity aims to enhance the military students' ability to express feelings and manage emotions appropriately. The methods used include interactive counseling and training for emotion regulation, accompanied by pre-test and post-test evaluations. The results of this activity show a significant improvement in knowledge and emotional regulation skills. This program is expected to be implemented during the education period of prospective soldiers at Rindam IX/Udayana to maintain the emotional stability of the students.
